- In this first 'normal’ vlog of 2021 we show you a part of the training with Fanatique Begijnhoeve. Tommie is very happy with their improvements together. Rob says goodby to Hilltop... who found a nice new home! And Rob was a little in shock about Heros… but the training with Anky van Grunsven was really nice! Even though Rob felt a little stupid for making the same mistake several times. ;-) Heros did great anyways. And is the building almost finished now?

Ach wat deed hij het goed Heros, ondanks dat hij zich niet zo lekker voelde hij staat toch maar weer mooi klaar als het er op aan kompt ja een geweldig dier Heros, wel vreemd dat de dokters maar niet kunnen vinden wat het is,ja ik hoop dat het niet terug komt en dat het enkel een alergie is waaraan hij geholpen kan worden de topper. Jammer dat Hiltop weggaat maar ja je had het al verteld en dan ook nog helemaal naar China, het arme dier zal absoluut niet weten wat ze zeggen daar tegen hem, misschien nog even een snelcursus chinees Rob. En zag er mooi uit Tommie hoe fanatique liep, knap hoor hoe je dat een paard aanleert , ja daar kan ik altijd wel van genieten om dat te zien. En het gaat er ook steeds mooier uitzien bij jullie goede keuze het meubilair en inderdaad een plant zou niet misstaan, en ook dat idee van die foto,s lijkt me te gek. Ja bedankt weer voor deze mooie vlog en grote knuffel voor Heros.
Ja laten we hopen dat Heros fit blijft 🤞🏻🤞🏻

Ja klopt gelukkig niet zo erg nog maar lijkt wel of ie ergens allergische reactie op krijgt.
Why not introduce a click word ("bridge") and relax/foodreward the exact moment you get an improvement. I don't think the horse knows when it's doing exactly what you want.

I am seriously interested in how you think your horse knows what to do as all scientifically research tells us the horse needs to know within a few seconds when it is showing the behavior you want.
And a "good boy" or pet on the neck only works as a secundary reward and when a primary reward is linked to it.
Do you use a standard reward word that you use and do you "load" this word as a reward?

Depends on the horse I guess.
Patting them, long rein walk, long rein canter, lower voice. We dont give them treats while riding. Works for us and the horse are happy and learning

Ja al gedaan ! Blijft lastig maar het ziet er nu rustig uit
het is een vivaldi toch zoals dream boy vind het leuk om zijn kop in het stro te doen en ermee te spelen dat is een vivaldi die hebben de tik stro spelen met hen hoofd kan het daar door komen door stof en stro wat in het oog prikt en daardoor irriteert gr wilco
