- Naruto and Naruto Shippuden have a large number of elements in their universe and one of the main ones is the jutsus.
Naruto made his way in the Shonen Jump partly thanks to the fact that they brought the scoop of the Jutsus, techniques that are performed with different hand positions and have all kinds of variables such as functionality or power, these are created based on Chakra, the element that all ninjas have and use to perform them and certainly there are some which little by little escaped the author due to the scale of power, but there are others that are excellent and that I think deserve the same or more recognition.
The reality is that Kishimoto had great ingenuity to create the entire universe in his manga and the jutsus are no exception, as there are some that are so well done that they deserve a video each.
Naruto Shippuden, as I said previously, had many elements that catapulted him to success, and techniques or jutsus are one of them, from the smallest that appeared at the beginning of the manga, to the most powerful that occurred at the end of the war, that's why today we will focus on the Best Jutsus created in all of Naruto.

Kishimoto tenia todo para hacer de Naruto una obra perfecta y quizas ser no la 3, si no la número 1 en la Shonen Jump x encima de One piece y Bleach. Pero No! Metio parejas forzadas, samuráis, marcianos, power up sacados del jaimico, nerfeos innecesarios, su fanatismo x los UCHIHA, etc. Naruto como obra no necesitaba nada de eso. AMOR PROPIO KISHIMOTO!!!!!
