- In no way is this a fair comparison, just a test of the cars in my possession at the moment. Both vehicles have All Season tires that are relatively new.

A very good test. A clear showcase of a normal car vs a car design for slippery surface on bad weather.
The Altima probably has zero tuning on slippery surface. Audi quattro prides themselves on best driving on snow.
The driving experience is day and night really...

No one uses all season tires.. You got winter and sommer, all season sucks. I love Audi and the 4 wheel drive is the only winner here.

bad comparison for sure...how can u compare and audi with a cheap nissan? I got an audi 2012 s4 and an audi TDI Q7 love audi but this is not apples to apples...nissan maintenance is $5000 cheaper than the audi per year. Try to compare maybe a subaru impreza or a BMW with Xdrive, or a mercedez 4matic then we are talking...
It's a damn good comparison of FWD with all seasons vs AWD with all seasons in the same condition.
Agree. I thought the Nissan would do a lot better, (same tires and front wheel drive). Interesting comparison showing how well the Quattro system works.

Both of them have all-seasons. FWD is alright for snow, but it's nothing like Quattro. I've seen that hill in various videos before by other people. It's not an easy one to get up.

Any AWD Car is going to do better than any FWD car and Nissan competes with Honda, Toyota etc this comparison didn't make sense.
Now compare it with a 2019 Altima available awd
Rbhjr Audi still has a better AWD system, and that wasn’t even the point of the test, the point was to demonstrated even with FWD how trash driving in snow and ice is if you only have 2wd

S T i G Z ive seen quite a few videos where the audi performed quite a bit better than other luxury brands with awd. Something about quattro that it does better on icy roads

Destiny Dight a light snow fall will certainly change the outcome. I have a civic si, very similar to the nissan... I bought an a4 today because it sucks in the snow. You will think it’s fine until you find out it’s not fine at all. Spend ten grand, get an Audi with Quattro.
forget about nissan being cheap. The is audi used here is AWD and Nissan is FWD.... these Audi dumb asses are so unconfident about their car, they thought we all are bunch of idiots. anyway. i was thinking of getting an a4. this video helped me change my mind. i rather go with some other confident brand... what a shame
