Here in the States, there is NEVER an electrical service where there is water!!! While we have GFCI circuits that are waterproof protected, these circuits are absolutely no where near a water source. And I know that the Philippines uses the same type of 120 amp service as well. If I were to ever buy or build there, no electrical service would be in my shower!!
