If he didn't had the swat insigna on the pauldron I would have guess it's some sort of a Riot Cop like in Wolf brigades in a dystopian universe which would have been way darker.
I love art for this video brings to mind a rookie swat officer who just barely excaped the ambushed planed by a powerful crime syndicate that just wiped out of most of his squad calling for backup on a public uni-pad because comms where cut by the syndicate.

The most logical reason is because of the NWO cage being erected around us and because “you will own nothing and be happy.” My friend spent 5 years living in China recently and told me that they can’t buy CDs there anymore because everything is sold digitally which means you no longer own the property you buy-if they want to confiscate something from you they simply withdraw your right to access it. Global communist takeover.
also you know you dont have to buy this stuff right? create a playlist on youtube and then just put all your MTV favorites and carl casey's stuff on there and put it on repeat, good to go!
