Or do I have to build a loving relationship with my inner child first and then just ask it to do it for me? Sorry for the confusion but I am all new to this 🙏
As much and often as possible. You may forget to keep cleaning and will get stuck sometimes. As soon as you remember you can start again. Eventually it will become so easy that your subconscious will start doing it automatically. You don’t have to chant it, just speak it in your mind.
