Indoor bike storage is so valuable. I used to live not that far from where you live right now but moved to the suburbs for some peace and quiet as i used to live next to a fraternaty with 40 students that knew how to party 😂

For the sink in the bathroom you can turn down the waterflow to the tab just below the sink by turning a nob so not that much water comes out and it doesnt splash everywhere

Hi Janica, lovely apartment! Can I ask you how did you find it? Have you approached a real estate agency? Because I'm planning to move to the Netherlands with my boyfriend but the real estate market there is so difficult...

Thank you!! ☺️ We didn’t use any real estate agency, we just contacted A LOT of apartment through the usual websites and hoped for the best - and eventually got lucky. Good luck with the apartment search!! ❤️

Put the cables over the doors down the hall and in the bedroom and have it come down from the top of the wall to plug in.
