I actually think this gun is pretty balanced. Only two bullets and a long reload really means you have to hit the shots.
its not that much slower than op. you already have a hard time getting multikills with op due to the long animation between shots so id say its kinda broken
Light shields are going to be useless as fuk against it tho 🤦🏻🤔 but okay yeah perfect balance

@@shake2572 you can get two shots off pretty quick, gives tagging as well, its definitely not OP but its too close to being an OP especially with how its priced... not to mention its going to destroy 2nd round buys

for me the outlaw is the perfect bonus weapon instead of a guardian/bulldog cause the other team never buy full shield when they lose the first round but they sometime buy the light shield, and with 140 body damage you basically have an operator for 2400 credits
better than operator cause you have 2 shots
yeah it's the perfect "marshal's too weak but OP's too expensive" gun
honestly with the outlaw now released i would expect a stinger plus heavy shield or sheriff heavy on second round by a team that lost the first one. atleast on offense
@@southshorerainthat is not too wise to do because if you lose the force you are broke and mess up your economy worse than saving, plus if you buy no armor then this gun is just a 2x price marshal without the team kill potential

honestly even if you just tag 2 enemies for 119/140 being able to even just make enemies 1 shot that easy and quick is crazy. excited for this tbh
Feels like it could actuallyfit well in, in the "gap" between marshall, guardian and operator. Really curious, how it will perform in public and in pro play as well.
Honestly i think the gun is gonna be the king of round three and when the defense is facing an economic disadvantage. I doubt that its gonna be used on attack as all sniper arent used plenty but saying that a good jett might be able to use this extremely well on attack. definitely gonna to put a hurting on half armor meta.

Basically a amalgamation of a over under shotgun and a sniper rifle, dont know what rounds its using but, it could be a slug or a high caliber round with same dimensions as a slug

Will this be the final design for the outlaw? I think it looks too much like the marshal and when we get skins for the outlaw it might get easily confused
The only thing it lacks is no-scoping. Basically, marshal is still valid with no-scoping, and Op, is still valid for a quick 1 tap and run rather than 2 shots and run.
Op no scope is never valid unless your aim is iron and noscoping is actually more accurate than aiming for you

@@rev0live752 it's actually pretty consistent in very close ranges. Can come in clutch if you find yourself holding in a smoke or something.
so gekko's ult is 200(pretty sure he got nerfed to 150 but i dont want to reasearch that) so you can shoot it 2 times and then shoot it with a few classic bullets then run

This gun will be frequently used. I think it makes a great argument for dual controller, especially Harbor and his cove. Iso’s shield will also be very helpful in fighting this gun.
Iso is the hard counter to this gun, he got a 1 tap protection shield and a shield to push closer
Hmm I feel like it's bad for iso tbh, cuz the entire point of his sheild is to take 1 instance of damage and u can fire 2 in succession which can kill on light Armor in the body 🥲, So yeah iso might not be good for this

this breaks Full shield too, like you hit 140, he would only have 10 HP remaining and you cant do anything

Ngl this does not convince me, why would you buy it if you only have two shots and won't kill in one body shot? Not sure how this weapon will be used but i feel it's going to be underwhelming
Edit: i know in a second round it would one shot if enemies buy small shield but most times that doesnt happen so marshall is still a better option
it DOES happen lmao, Riot wouldn't have made a new gun if the light shields meta isn't so prevalent, which to be completely honest, I didn't expect it to turn that way either, but i do feel like this is more aimed towards pro play

@@rev0live752 another thing is in like round three if the attack is on bonus most attackers wont buy full shield. i think haven on c this gun will be very powerful in the round 3 and could be relatively strong on round 4 too.

Damn, I thought this weapon was going to only kill light shield players after hitting the two shots. If this turns out to be OP they could halve the damage and maybe make it fire both bullets at when scoped so you get a faster reload when no-scoping for mid-range one taps and a single 140 damage bodyshot at longer ranges with like a 2 second reload. But we just have to wait and see how the pro players are gonna abuse this at a major before any big change I guess.
Why would you shoot both bullets and then still not kill a guy then it's useless. Looks balanced with the reload times as well,
if that was the case marshal would be better, and firing 2 bullets in one shot would just be a cheaper op

Remember, this gets countered by headshots.
I can see this being really oppressive against eco rounds, but otherwise the guardian is gonna be better for less credits spent. Having only two bullets and lacking the option of accurate hipfire, the outlaw is far less versatile than the guardian. Honestly it seems like it's getting outclassed by the marshall on long range because of the extra bullets and the significantly lower cost.
It will perform well against the half shield meta tho
This will be a very good option for team players like if someone's hit once, your team can just spam a phantom hoping to connect just one shot

all and all is balanced when u look generally the marshal is still far much stronger and marshal can do whatever this can and also marshal no scope is a long range shotgun that can get headshots with pinpoint accuracy while this cannot be used as a shotgun as versatile as marshal but still the fire rate is insanely high

Its not for 2nd round. Its for 3rd. Assuming a team loses pistol and saves the 2nd they sometimes opt to go light armor in order to buy full util on the 3rd round. Buying this on 2nd would be a better investment for 3rd than marshal because this means there is a chance to oneshot kill on their buy round and do alot more eco damage or even win the round. Not sure how good it is but the potential is there@@karmagore5425
