He use his KARMA or TRUE KARMA on you. since you right now has Lower DT. (remember in the intro?, cotv drains it). due to this his KARMA Heals you instead. which made the other 2 suprised ofc. and he just goes. "oops, my bad hehehehe"

@Arce I just prefer actual patterns for difficulty rather than lazy bone and gaster blaster rng and slash rng. RNG can be used well but it's not used well in this game at all. Tbh the patterns in general in this game are pretty boring
