A lot of that is because of racism and greed. If they admitted that any Europeans had come across and became part of the native population, they may have not been able to legislate laws to exterminate them.

P.S. The part of this short that sent chills down my spine was when our brother here that was sharing the story said the chief walked out & up to the man and told him he wouldn't die today in perfect Welsh. Was bcz my parents, older siblings, and other family members would tell me that as a baby I understand our native tongue. My great aunt was a shutterbug that loved catching beautiful moments of our family in pictures and home videos. And she had always told me that she actually recorded 2 occasions on video. I took her not being able to find them though" as an obvious sign that she and our family pulling my leg. But after years, about 18 years ago when I was 11, to be exact. She found it. She was so excited, she hopped in her lil red jeep and drove a little over 2 hrs from Florence, S.C. to where we lived in Columbia to bring it to us. She puts the tape in the VCR and we're all watching this home on New Year's eve of '95 when I was a little over a year old. My Pop had just told me I couldn't have another slice of pound cake until after I ate my cabbage (my lifelong nemesis to this day, lol) and I slumpped down out of my oldest sister's lap, onto the floor, and started throwing a major fit, lbvs. My Pop called my name in the serious tone I'd grow to learn was his way to both, get my attention and let me know he was dead serious; yet at the time I didn't know that nor did I care. My Grand did so as well and was about to give me a spanking. And my Gram tells him not to, picks up off the dining room floor to my feet, shh's me and gives me a hug and tells in (what I NOW is our native tongue), "Don't cry (child/my child). Mind your father. Look to your food. When you finish, I'll get you a portion of cake myself.". She didn't point nor gesture to my plate or even move at all. She kissed me on the cheek, released her hug, let me out of her lap. I go to my sister's left side, look at the cabbage on my plate, looked over at the cake, turned to my sister and lifted my arms for her to pick me up into her lap again and scoff down my cabbage ignoring anyone telling me to slow down, finished it in under a minute, slumped out my sister's lap, go around her back to Gram, lift my arms for her to pick me up, point at my plate and then to the cake on the kitchen counter as if I was saying "I finished. Time for more cake.". Gram and Grand start laughing and my family looked baffled (likely gow I was looking while watching this part of the video. Lbvs. Although I've played it off like I thought it was cool (which I did and still do think it was) it also sends shivers straight up, down, and through me. LbVs. Bcz it took years to learn the substantial amount of our native tongue as a kid. Yet hear I was watching myself listen, understand and physically respond bcz I didn't know how to talk in English, native American, or ANY language-for that matter. I've spent a couple of years under 2 decades searching and researching anything and everything I thought could explain this...still don't know. So that's why this YT short also sent shivers down my spine. All I can say is Yahweh's ways aren't always meant for us to understand.

I'm black and native American and my great-grandmother was mostly native American and partially black. Everything I know of our ppl came from her. And some revelations she's shared with me of our ppl are what I can only describe as "stunning in both great and beautiful & horrifically terrible ways". But as a Christian she never wanted her children, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and great-great-grandchilden beholding to "the white man" rhetoric and believing in one's ppl were totally evil or totally good. As she used to say, "Evil can have a face, it can have a gender, a religion, and a culture but it CAN NOT be entire ethnicity.", which was when she told us a childhood story/experience of hers. Her father found a sick puppy one day and brought him home. And though the family instantly loved him, he initially only trusted my great-grandmother, the youngest of 5. There had been some issues with coyotes mauling other ppl's dogs, and anything that had a heartbeat that they could chase down, capture, and kill. And she wakes up to go outside to check on how her puppy was doing...(alright....at the risk of mocking and in the interest of telling the story easier, going forward I'll call him what she named him. Which is like AMONG THE MOST NATIVE AMERICAN NAME TO GIVE A DOG, lbvs. She named him Night Sky. He was all black with dark brown eyes and to my Gram the night sky was the most beautiful bcz "whereas the day's sky shows us everything in front of and behind us, the night sky shows the beautiful behind what the sun hides"), but this morning she gets up with her family to get ready to start their day in the fields and crops. And usually if Night Sky heard the slightest sound he'd start calling for my Gram, but this morning he didn't. When she remembered about the coyotes she grabbed her father's knife and darted out the door to find Night Sky. Afraid that a coyote got to him. And she finds out her fears and suspicions were right but in the most beautiful way. A mother coyote was laying in the back edge of the barn and the corn field nursing her pups. And there, in the center of the 6-7 pups was lil Night Sky. I couldn't help but think of this story when I was watching the YT short. Where this man was in fear of being slaughtered and the outcome was the opposite of what he expected. And his fears were more than valid and appropriate. Bcz although my ppl were indeed cheated, abused, robbed, slaughtered and more; and many of our ppl showed them kindness and helped them survive here. Most people (both of native American ancestry and not) don't know things weren't all "kumbaya" here before the various cultures that came here throughout the course of history. And like ALLethnicities and cultures at one point in history &/or another. There were gruesome civil wars between tribes. Heck, many tribes dissolved , separated, and waged war on their own tribe's ppl. And many of the evil methods we employed to maim and kill settlers and etc were things we were doing to maim and kill each other well before they got hear. Which is why my Gram taught her children and proceeding generations to assess ppl by their actions and deeds first and foremost, and not by their skin color, ethnicity, culture, or religion. Bcz mankind is only the mask Lucifer wears when he wants to hurt man and God.

There are around 200 miniature Newgranges (celtic/druid structure) there, just scattered throughout the woods. It's said that they are fancy 18th century fruit sellers but the letters of a colonial VIP (John Pynchon) were all preserved and in one from 1654 he's asking someone else about these things as if they are a complete mystery. Saying that he's getting reports from other settlers of strange stone walls and chambers on their property and that the natives told him that they aren't theirs.

Ice at early winter blocking their return. They wintered at upstate New York. The Indians there still make Irish booze and use all irish words for it. The Greenland people record the Irish fishermen joining them for Christmas Mass the year they were first applying for a Bishop. They also lost 2 ships trying to return to Europe through the ice, that and the next year.

They had very light grey pale white looking eyes, white skin, and light hair. Rare people but those genetics can now be found in dark grey eye people in Asia minor and East Europe. Also cool that Native Americans can trace their genetics to ancient people of central Asia which is where Mongolians stayed and explain missing history. Anglo Saxons also have ancient links to Central Asia. An ancient version of Anglo Saxon is already in Navajo Indian before Europeans came to America. Similar how the Norwegian European have the chin line gene which is also completely carried in most of Chinese people. Now Norwegians and Chinese live so apart from each other but it is proof from migration that they were neighbors. Sounds like Europeans lived in Middle East and Central Asia for a long time. East Asians, Native Americans, Europeans, and the swarthy Caucasoids of the Middle East/N. Africa were brothers a long time ago but now look like distant cousins. Lol genetics

One of the reasons Andrew Jackson has Lewis and Clark go in the expedition was because the government was about to go through with the Louisiana Purchase. And Jackson had heard and knew of the rumor that a group of Welsh had come to North America hundreds of years ago. And he didn't want the British to put in a claim to the land. So he wanted Lewis and Clark to find out if it was true about the Welsh and to let him know immediately. True

Who went north into the caucuses mountains, then west. The Slavic peoples are the same people. Sea fairing members of the tribe also went out of the Mediterranean and up into Gaul, Cornwall, Wales and Ireland. These are the old Brythonic national of old. The Rus are probably also most common in Ex Yugoslavia, but don't know. Ex Yugoslavia is such a crazy mix. We have so much from Greek, Osman, Byzantium etc. It's really hard. When not fighting there is one thing that unites all in the, the Christian Orthodox believe. Commonly open people everywhere that define human beings by character, not heritage or looks etc. Dividing people through war, "nations", pride, religion & politics etc. is really sad.
