Man I have a 2005 pw50 it’s like really hard to start like it’s been flooded. And when it does start the smoke is unreal I took the exhaust off and cleaned as much of the carb as I could put it back on put a new little Chinese carb on it and it still takes forever to start like not enough spark or something and when I took the exhaust off I noticed sludge of oil and fresh oil streaming from the exhaust. Help please. I can do it I just need to know what. Gaskets maybe.
Sounds like to much oil mixed in fuel. These bikes have a 2 stroke premix oil injection pump so you dont need to manually premix oil into your gas. If you are manually premixing oil into your fuel and your 2 stroke premix oil injection pump is working this will cause 2X the ratio of premix 2 stroke oil recommended for your motor keep this in mind. Also when 2 stroke motors become hard to start this is a sure sign of a worn top end. Please post what solved your issue for others to learn from ty :D
Please be more descriptive with your questions in order for me to provide an accurate and appropriate answer thank you. First of all the PW50 in this video has no radiator as it is air cooled not liquid cooled. Secondly if you are attempting to describe these 4 bolts as being radiator mounting bolts then my answer would be tighten them to their appropriate torque specifications referenced from your particular machines repair manual which should not be to hard to find online. Like I stated above with a better descriptive question I may be able to give you at the very least a general answer enough to help you :D
Soak it in Liquid-Wrench or even PB Blaster check daily by tapping carefully with a non metallic tool to slowly produce movement and eventually remove.
I have one of those gasket studs still stuck and I can’t unscrew it, the other three are all out. And then the lower part of the top end won’t budge, I think it might have to do with the stuck gasket stud. Ideas on getting it out? Mines a qt50 tho doing a big bore kit
Soak with Liquid Wrench or PB Blaster and don't forget to remove the exhaust bolts from the cylinder...hopefully the stud doesn't break although in cases like this old shit gets welded together..hopefully the lube will help crack that nut
Yes all those parts came from the cylinder repair company + cylinder cleaned/replated + head cleaned/inspection the cost is minimal considering this is the most accurate way to do this job :D

Yes sir!
Working on a pw50 rebuild, only issue i have is the piston is stuck in the cylinder. Any advise to get it off?
Soak it in Liquid-Wrench or even PB Blaster check daily by tapping carefully with a non metallic tool to slowly produce movement and eventually remove.

All I'm thinking is "Man, my wife would kill me if I used a white towel!"
Only if she finds out 😂

My ex girlfriend was a cordless ratchet from Indiana. Not nearly the quality of the Milwaukee variety. Less useful, too
ya some tools are just plain useless :D XD :P
