  • This is the second of two lectures I gave to a group of medical/health professionals on the clinical application of high-dose vitamin B1.
    In this video I outline the the difference between nutritional deficiency and the concept of "functional dependence". I then discuss the practical aspects of forming a protocol including:
    - Which form to use and why
    - How to dose for different conditions
    - When to use this therapy and when not to use this therapy
    - Managing patient side effects

    My father was treated by our wonderful doctor Costantini.. after a month of B1 injection my father, that was gradually losing ability to walk, was walking again, straight back, happy smile on his face.. After two months dad started his job again! To this day, dad is paring oral B1with levodopa and after almost 10 years, at 80 years old, he is triving and Parkinson disease is very very slow. the Gratitude that we all feel for wonderful doctor Antonio Costantini.. I remember the eyes of his patients so full of hope and gratitude! Then Costantini died, and nobody is taking on is wonderful work.. maybe a neurologist in all Italy.. other neurologist says that is bullshit.. But it is not.. I witness that every day! Thank you dear doctor, I send you all my love, wherever you are now❤

    As an elite complex problem-solver with a focus on addressing the root (usually unobvious) cause, when I began writing patents for problem-solving technologies that involved an extensive review of issued patents it became obvious to me that the business model for success is a magic bullet that can be marketed as THE solution. The reality is that most magic bullet solutions simply push the 'cork floating on the water' problem below the surface. When released, the cork pops up in a new location where it creates an opportunity to market a new 'magic bullet’.
    Solving problems by addressing the origins can be extremely difficult, often taking months or even years of dogged persistence with little reward. Elliott Overton is an all too rare example of a true problem-solver.

    Even though in our experience thiamine is well effective alone, it is possible to add other group B vitamins, including folic acid. However, we do not begin the therapy with high dose thiamine in addition to multivitamin compounds, especially if these contain vitamin B6. This because vitamin B6 is a facilitator of the peripheral decarboxylase and in PwP may interfere with the amount of L-dopa that reaches the brain and thus worsen the symptoms.

    B1 supplementation for a drug-like effect. I assume B1 has a profound role in detoxification when paired with electrolytes / Mg and Molybdenum. TTFD probably requires Molybdenum to be paired so the Liver can detox the sulfur in Liver Phase 2 Detoxification. Headache aggravation probably occurs due to some minor form of existing Cholestasis in the blood if they have POTs, Constipation, and occasional headaches. An increase of bile containing toxic metabolic by-products Therefore, I think there is a Herxheimer reaction aka Paradoxical Reaction when increasing B1 waiting for the body to poop to get rid of the bile. It is important to get people to poop. Fiber like SunFiber and or black charcoal may also help to bind to the bile to prevent Enterohepatic circulation in order to excrete as much bile as possible. Also, many people tend to be deficient in Folate B9 and do better using Folinic Acid as their methylation is not the best. I hope this perspective of B1 through a Liver-centric view may increase our understanding that B1 has a role in stimulating the body's ability to detox.

    perhaps b1 is treatment for a systemic sulfur deficiency, which would impair many enzymes, glutathione, etc. and supporting sulfur levels with b1, biotin, cysteine, methionine, taurine, MSM, sulphate, ALA, high protein diet, etc. would help as well. the people who get worse when the thiamine supplementation stops are perhaps still toxic (heavy metals, oxalates, glycation) and not replete with sulfur. soluble B1 can get the sulfur where it's needed, fairly safely. Chelation protocols caution against taking ALA on a random schedule or when amalgam fillings, for example, are still in place, could thiamine chelate mercury into the bloodstream from dental fillings? Could that partially explain why some don't see positive results?

    I was a very difficult caesarian full breach birth followed by a near death bout of pneurmonia in my first week of life. I spent a lot of time in the hospital in my first 4 years and was given massive amounts of antibiotics. By the time I was 3 years old I was a 'sugarholic’. In my teens I ate huge amounts of sugary foods.

    B1 works on complex 1 in the mitochindria. Would this be the only area affected or are there more like peroxisomes and in the cytosol?If truly only mitochondrial, what might be the disorder in complex 1. Looks like saturation is causing a bypass enzyme/receptor transport.
    Courious as to how melatonin, methylene blue, and creatine may further complement thiamine by supporting the electron transport chain, improving the nad+ to nadh ratio, and ultimatley producing more atp.
    Looks like
    C1 = thiamine
    C2 = riboflavin
    C4 and between C2&3 =Methelyene blue supports creation of NAD+ from NADH and pumps cytochrome c
    Melatonin -- supports entire chain by reducing NO issues keeping each stage able to react.
    Peroxisomes: 2-hydroxyacyl-CoA lyase 1 (HACL1) appears to need TPP and perhaps is another part of the energy equation that when not working cuases all of these diseases?
    Thoughts?

    Thiamine deficiency effects nitric oxide production, which is imperative for good health. Maybe the reason the need for b1 remains, because oxidative stress is continuing from infection, lifestyle choices. Eg parasites, taking advantage of more acidic environment from things like lodged heavy metals/forever chemicals etc, which could also simultaneously be causing autoimmune conditions, which perhaps are not autoimmunity in the present understanding, but in fact the immunity is actually detecting something that we correctly don’t have the tools to detect, and the immunity hasn’t actually got it wrong.

      Absolutely! Suspect MTHFR or something similar where there are methylation dysfunction.
      I'm excited to try this therapy. I was dxd w/fibro. at age 22, and many other conditions (as the yrs went on) that lead me to suspect I have a mutation/dysfunction somewhere. My Mom- the same thing dxd issues, both of us now have CKD. I'm a little hesitant with the protocol for that reason, plus I'm sensitive to supplements, incl. B-complex so that leads me to believe that I might not do well on TTFD until I start w/ HCL & then B. next.

I feel like I'm in the danger zone of beriberi and wet and dry and I'm in and out the hospital all the time and they won't help me even though I've told them I think its thiamin deficiency and they tell me no how do I act on getting help. I have no background in medical and I didn't even graduate high school but I'm willing to treat myself if someone can help me help my self.

      It may depend on the form of vitamin B1 you are taking. Most of them are water soluble, so you can take it with water only. Benfotiamine might be better with food.

    I find the cocarboxylase form to be the best, which is unfortunately missing from this otherwise useful and impressive presentation. For me, thiamine HCL results in horrific acid reflux and the other two forms cause GI upset, maybe because of higher sulfur content.

    Heavy metals can be neutralized by taking Chlorella and or spiraling. These contain higher iodine and do help to take away these heavy metals out of the waste tract

    • @hugoapresname
      @hugoapresname 10 месяцев назад +1

      Yes I tried several Chlorella Detox Cleanings. For Detoxing it’s recommended to consume very high amounts of chlorella which promotes cell detoxing and binds the heavy metals in your gut. Some charcoal could be added for that purpose.
      Be careful if your know (or don’t know) about Mercury Poisoning. Seek professional help. Random experimenting with improper detoxing methods and no prior analysis could put you into the wheelchair or worse. Because you could shake strong toxins up that were deeply buried, but your body is not fit enough to detox them with all the necessary metabolical pathways.
      As an example heal leaky gut first, get cell health to 500% with all the books from Steven R. Gundry MD, Vitamin Program from EONutrition here and Sally K. Norton MPH how to avoid and detox too much *Oxalates* if necessary (occupying the sulphuric detox pathway too)
      🙏
