Caveman Audio AP1 Compact Strum Demo

In this AP1 Acoustic Compact Preamp demo, the pedal is mostly on, but there are 4 bars where we punch the AP1 out and use the DI line signal instead.
Notice how the guitar sound becomes thinner and appears narrower even though it is a mono signal. And conversely, when the AP1 is engaged again, the guitar sound widens and becomes more present and full.
