I like his reference when he says he's the "son of a ramblin man".
The kid is legit. Very talented. No wonder Dicky is so proud
this young man is his daddy all over again, and I mean that in a GOOD way. Forrest Richard Betts. The legend continues.
saw him saturday, great show
Except he is nowhere near the player his dad is.
Respectfully, that is quite an overexaggeration
Saw Duane 6/29 and he’s doing his own thing. No need to try and fill anybody’s shoes. It was a great show with Duane engaging his audience. Berry was solid on bass and Johnny with his slide was outstanding. You want to be successful then you surround yourself with the right people and the magic will follow. Great show Duane. Just keep being yourself and your fans will follow!
LIKE FATHER....LIKE SON....THERE WILL NEVER BE ANOTHER FATHER AND SON DUO...LIKE DICKEY AND DUANE!!...DAMN!!!!
Devon and Gregg Allman
Guitar is still alive, man!

Like father, like son. Sounds really nice.
He sounds just like his dad.
man dosen't he
Talented and good looking like his dad, too.
I like the path that Duane goes here. Great Keef and Mick Taylor feeling.
Duane is great! Dickey raised him right!
I am a Dickey Betts Fan since 1973 and new to Duane " APPROVE "
How could you not love this guy ❤
"Like Pouring Honey Out of a Jar!"
(Buck White describing Jerry Douglas playing Cincinnati Rag in 1979)
such calm, confident, seemingly effortless and assured delivery and fully realized phrasing...
the rest of us struggle for every note....
Duane was born into a severe case of raw talent....
Great to see Duane and Devon carrying on the family tradition of playing great music.
That apple didn't fall far from the tree!! Nice work kid
Keep up the good work kid, you can be as great as your Dad. Love the song.
the entire allman brothers band should be proud of there off spring, thank goodness there talents were passed down and will carry on!
Great stuff.I just learned a lick from Duane listening to this.I met Duane once when he was in a band with fellow sons of famous musicians and he is a very nice and humble man.I was very impressed with him not only as a player but as a person.Makes me glad to see him doing well playing music.
BloodLine. That was the band. Had Duane, I think one of Jeff Lynn's kids. I saw them. They were a decent band
Backbone 69 was a great band. They had some good , well written songs. I have no doubt that if Chris hadn't died they would be a big band today. But as they say heroin can stop a freight train
Living up to BOTH of his names!
You have to give him credit, he been practicing and working hard to carry on in his dad's footsteps ! Sounds great !!!! 🕇💕
keeping southern rock alive...we need more of those tunes
Thank God for Duane Betts.
so fucking righteous!! so glad these southern dad's had kids how beautiful their .music it's like their dads but more beautiful bcuz u know they must have put up w a lot of he'll love it keep it coming
Yes Duane! Finally a good new band to listen to..
Now this is a great song. Anxiously awaiting the Allman Betts band touring again together.
Really nice song! With a name like Duane Betts, he's had a lot to live up to! Sounds like he's carrying the tradition very nicely.
Totally killer tune, seen him in concert this Summer with Devon Allman. Great tune to listen to while driving.
He was awesome.!! I love that the music will carried on. Wow!! He sounds great!!!
He is going to be huge!!!!
Yeah, love it! When he opened his mouth to sing.....from the 1st note on.....wow! What a sound and soul! Sounds familiar! Love that solo, too.Duane is good for that long line drive. He has that kind of a focus. He can hit the moment and go the distance without letting you down. That is talent!
Very nice compliment Mr. Stoltz. I hope he we see much more from Duane in the years to come.
david stoltz love you brother Dave
He has the Southern blues hitting it with SoCal- we are all so proud of Duane- keeping the fire 🔥
this song is particularly f ing great
amazing
Love this. A very strong resemblence to his father. I can hear the musical influences rubbing off. There is a strong country music element here, blues and rock. Awesome.
This Boy could pass for a younger Dickie Betts and this is just absolutely Gifted families .
We just need more Duane Betts
oh yes !
That's Great!!!!!!!
Sounds awesome & I dig
the lyrics
bring back Southern Rock !!! ... Hot Damn, the kid's really good !!!
I heard that
I love his voice!! He’s just too cute!!
I'm getting a Steve Earle vibe from this song. Good tune. Duane looks quite a bit like his dad
Notice the guitar Duane is playing! Southern rock passed on! Love it!
Incredible. Looks and sounds like his dad circa 1971 👍
ADDED TO FAVORITES !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! ABSOLUTELY AWSOME !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Outstanding!!
And the road goes on forever…
Duane's writing some great songs from the sounds of this, what I enjoy most about it is the uplifting feeling the song leaves me with. Now that I think of it, I liked his father's music for the same reason. & I listened to a truckload of The A. Brothers in the 70's.
These guys are so talented,
they could write any kind of music they want, and they choose to write music that gives you a come up. So many people writing songs nowadays that just put you on a bummer, lord knows there's enough B.S. out there on the streets & I sure as f..K don't need any help feelin' more. God Bless n keep 'em coming, Duane. 😎👍
Love it
This tune is great!
I’m goin to see him play tonight in Chicago. Three Heinekens in and stoned af. Let’s go
Got tix to see Duane in two weeks on his West Coast Cali stops here in Los Angeles!

Like father,Like son!!🎸🎸
Duane sounds much closer to Dickey Betts' sound with Duane Allman than Dickey Betts does now. He is tremendous.
Adam Zimmon!!!! GREAT to see him playing with Duane! Such a great player.
Daddy taught you well. Duane you've got an awesome voice. You seem like your Dad all over again. I love it! This is awesome. You were predestined. Can we mention your Mom here too? Thanks Mom. You did a good job. Thank You! kimie
Only on 2nd song listening. This may be my new favorite band.
The Southern Rock Guitar Legacy lives through Duane
Love to hear him do his version of "Back where it all began" and "7 turns". Those A/B tunes touched my soul

He is nowhere near the player his dad is. He has a good band that makes him sound good.
The Peach doesn't fall too far from the tree...

Really great,,, a chip off the old block to be sure but he's got a fine number here , and fresh as the new morning ......Saw him with his Dad's band at Suwannee, they did a few of Duane's songs. Went very well.
he is awesome, dickey done a good job
Dickey needs to give him some more lessons.
I thought that was awesome. He plays alot like his dad. I am totally impressed!
Hey Duane....this is Gary from Venice FL...you may or may not remember me but we used to hang out a while ago...glad to see you becoming a force of nature on that gee...tar....miss the old days hangin in the guest house....Carry On Strong!!!
This song is growing on me. I know he likes Wilco. Sounds like something they might do. Even his voice is growing on me.
It's like Counting Crowes meets the Allman Bros
Rocking!
Digging it
I like it !
Carry on the tradition, boys!!!
: ) I like it
I don't know what Sassy Herasey is listening to.Sounds like across between those high school bands The Rolling Stones(Exile) and Wilco. I'll take some more please!
How uncanny, Duane sings just like his dad and plays just like his dad without the mistakes and looks just like his dad without the latter yrs ego! Seems like a talented humble man that plays very melodically, without trying to overplay the song or the band! Probably learned that last skill from the many years playing with his task master father! Don't get me wrong, I still love Dickey and his playing for many, many yrs now and am proud that Dickey was able to pass onto his son his talent in singing and playing! In his playing Duane seems more interested in flavor and tasteful licks instead of showing off, and I appreciate that!
blueeyesol But Dickey could sing in tune and had more control, vocally. Duane is a pretty capable blues style(Dickey-style)guitarist but his chops are pretty standard and uninspired. Listen to some of his solos on RUclips from various performances- his solos all seem to follow the same formula. His is a rote skill. He doesn't have that special thing. Now Derek Trucks is special and has a feeling and inner soul to his playing.
Wow! Great job.
The apple did not fall far from the tree. Dickey Betts passes today at 80.
