Amazing job! The only suggestion I have is that Start Battle almost always hurts the person who starts it as they aren't able to earn an upgrade. The way to fix that is to cancel the temporary damage boost it gives and instead it spawns another marble that will always pick another upgrade, then the battle starts.
1) this is a great mode, I'm looking forward to the continuation. with an increase in the variety of fighters. 2) it would be better if the improvements also affected existing fighters + this is logical. 3) the animation for raising the level is interesting, it would not be bad to add it to the marble kingdoms, and you can also add up grate there for individual pieces of equipment (spears, swords, bows, armor, shields)
Really terrible suggestions: 1. You should totally make the sword point at the enemy when it gets really close to them 2. Make it so that the sword swing the other way if they halted/change directions/hit a wall 3. Add a glass cannon type enemy, any will do

We need friendly fire. Several famous medieval battles were lost because archers either killed their own troops or had to stop shooting to avoid killing their own troops. Plus, it would add an extra element of intensity, and make archers better.
Add sniper and shotgun classes. Sniper sees farther than other units. If a sniper hits an enemy's weapon/armor, it should still do a little bit of damage to account for the hit. And just like archer, its behavior is to stay away from enemies, and so make this behavior more extreme for this class. On the other hand, shotgun only does a lot of damage when closer to the enemy. Compared to a regular swordsman, it spins faster as one of its benefits, though not as fast as berserkers so it can aim properly, and has a higher attack speed than other units.
Hey man i love the videos that you put out i watched all of your marble kingdom videos so far and all i have to say is i rlly wish it was possible to have a copy of the simulation to run on my own, i dont know why but my adhd has really clung to this kind of marble simulation and i can only seem to find marble race sims on the internet. It would be so cool to either learn how to do this myself or if you could somehow publish the simulation with some settings to play around with. Other than that I rlly love the videos and the changes that have been made to this day, its a great series all around and thanks for making it :)
