As for the distance to the pool, the closest villa is about 110ft, located on the southern end of Verona Ave. The farthest unit is about 1,550ft from the pool, and is located on the northwest corner of the property on the corner of Calabria Ave and Calabria Ave. Here is a map showing the property with a pin on the pool. Yes you can. When we inquired about 6 months ago, there were over 200 permanent residents.
