Beautiful. I can never find texture stamps and the one you used was very pretty. I would love to see you make a tutorial on how to make a home-made texture stamp. Love your work!!!! Thanks for sharing.
wow mo clay seeing your video after soo long and once if I see your video for once I cannot stop myself from watching another one what a beautiful pendent beautifully done wow
I never bought a stamp because I make them myself but some people told me that Lisa Pavelka's stamps have deep textures. Google and you will find her store.
Mo Clay Okay! Thanks. The shipping to the UK might not be worth it, but I'll look into it. If sometime you do a tutorial on making a deep-textured stamp that would be cool, too. Cheers!
I just love your videos....can you tell me where you get the deeply carved texture sheet you used here? I can't wait to produce something as exciting as this!
I made it myself :-) In this video ruclips.net/video/3F7ymkkGLrw/видео.html I show how to make deep textured sheets. It is one of multiples way to get it.
Well thought out piece. Gorgeous. What was your mould you pressed into the clay? It looked to be lino that had been carved.? Did you make it? I know lots of questions, but, if you want to learn you have to ask.. Lol hugs from Bevanna UK xx
+Mo Clay If she was anything like my Gran, she would forgive you, as love is special between a child and her Grandmother. I mean, even when I put a slug into her new shoe, (it needed a home, thinking as 4 year olds do, I thought it was a smashing idea) She let out such a scream as this slug was stuck to her stocking foot! Lol My Grandfather tried so hard not to laugh, he failed and cried with laughter. So yes Marian, very forgiving hugs xx
dear Mo, I love your video's! your video's are so fun and not difficult and you inspire me so much!!!...thank you for sharing!... I hope you understand my very poor English! :)… lots of love from me, from Holland.
There are no problems, the polymer clay does not burn even if you leave it in the oven for hours. The important thing is that the temperature must be constant and not exceed 110ºC/130ºC (aprox. 275ºF)
if the translucent clay has burned that means that temperature is too high. The translucent clays are very sensitive to heat and can not be cooked at a higher temperature. Instead the opaque clay resist to higher heat. I always suggest to put a sheet of white copy paper in the oven. The sheet, after cooked, will be white but it will have a little darker hue. But it must be always white! Hope to be helpful :-)
Thank you so much for your great advise! I'm pretty sure that the temperature went up a little bit because of some reason and that ruined my clay. I'm using a conventional oven with an extra temperature controller, but unfortunately they are not doing the best job for me. Thanks for your suggestion!

Cute! Great simple technique. Thank you
Wish I knew where to fine the deeply carved texture to use. Very pretty.
Nancy I did it myself... but I know that Lisa Pavelka sells deep texture sheets.
Thank you

Hi! Any suggestions for brands that have deep textures for stamps? Most of them I have seen are quite shallow. thanks!
I never bought a stamp because I make them myself but some people told me that Lisa Pavelka's stamps have deep textures. Google and you will find her store.

Bellissimo!
Grazie!
Che bello. Dove possiamo comperare mica? No ho mai visto questo a Parigi. Grazie per il tuto. Baci
+Mo Clay Grazie Mo. Si ho visto questi polveri. No pensavo che fosse lo stesso.
Beginner here, in the second step you bake on the backing. Won't that cause the beautifully created top layer to over bake?
Polymer clay can be baked several times. The important thing is that the temperature is the right one and remains constant. Then there are no dangers
eccolo qua... che meraviglia! ♥
Grazie Giada!

Love your pendent! Can I ask why you use dishsoap in the water when you are sanding your pendent? Thank you!
when sanding your paper can get clogged up very fast, so if you use soap it helps keep the sandpaper clean longer and it is easier to sanding. :-)
Thank you so much Mo!! I will give it a try when I sand my pieces!!
Well thought out piece. Gorgeous. What was your mould you pressed into the clay? It looked to be lino that had been carved.? Did you make it? I know lots of questions, but, if you want to learn you have to ask.. Lol hugs from Bevanna UK xx
I made it :-) It's a mold of a chinees box of my grand mother. Probably she would not have approved that I make a mold with her box :-) Lol Hugs!
LOL a slug !! What a fun idea! (for you not for your grandma)! Yes I'm sure that my grandma will understand me :-)

Querida Naiara, gracias! :-) publico dos veces por semana :-)

Thank you!
Are you using two different colors of mica powder?
No, in this video I used only one... but if you love to mix there's no problem
This is beautiful. One question - what are you using as the texture plate?
I did it myself. It's a mold, It is made from a China box from my grandmother's house :-)
encore un succès !
Merci beaucoup!
wow, very nice, thank`s!
You're welcome! ❤ :-)
Wow nice, have a question for you, can you bake metallic lustre from Decoart? it is a wax finish paste like gilders paste.
I don't know how it works the metallic lustre from decoart... I never used
Amazing!!!
:-) Thank you!
I love thank you
You welcome!
my oven only goes as low as 170F. Can I put in at 170F but for less amount of time?
Hi Yaya, polymer clay must be baked at 110ºC or 230 F if your oven goes over 170 F it's fine! you need to reach 230ºF

You're welcome! :-)

Beautiful! Isn't it too much baking for the main part? 60 minutes all together. I'm afraid, it will be burned.
