At first a bit weird to hear Mike's vocals in this kind of style, but it really does sound like they fused Metallica's style with their own. As a cover it sounds great.

I think it's incredibly how the cover a song, but you can still hear their core essence in the track. You still recognize them. I think that's so cool and makes them so unique.
It depends. Some are very different, some are very similar, and like this, it's quite similar to the original, but because of the singer it still sounds different
There's another band that does covers in that manner as well. Liliac. When they do a cover they keep it as close to the original while adding their touches, but it still sounds like the original but different. Liliac- Enter Sandman, Holy Diver, The Trooper, Crazy Train, Symphony of Destruction are some of their covers.
Ultimately it's about family
As a bassist, this rendition warms my heart.

I'm a huge fan of Metallica, and I just recently discovered Royal Blood. I can honestly say I am in love with this! I really like how RB put their own style to a classic, and I'm excited to hear more of them! 🤟

This is a completely solid cover. I love how raw the guitar sounds on this track. You guys made a bold choice with the song choice, but have brought your own sound to a track that is embedded in heavy metal folk lore and absolutely kicked its ass. Great work.

No soy experto, pero es un bajo fender de escala mas corta,con muchos efectos y modulaciones que emulan la guitarra y distorsión. esta banda tiene un potencial impresionante, son dos, pero suenan como una banda completa

I've been impressed with the whole blacklist so far and this is just as impressing. Love how so many people are coming together to do this. Its really cool to see these songs in a different way.
What a voice. Weird at first, then it grows without trying too hard, just on point and sexy.
POV: middle of workday and this absolute hammer of a track puts you in that titan mode.

I remember learning this riff on guitar when I first started playing 23 yrs ago… then I picked up bass about 10 years ago and this band has intrigued me quite a bit with the use of bass as lead guitar… I have to say I found the solos in this cover quite satisfying in that regard
