    A few notes:
    .Tray Young is a special young talent and will be a perennial all-star for years to come, but let's be honest, Dallas is absolutely winning that trade thus far
    .The Bulls stole Dennis Rodman from San Antonio. They won every bit of that trade
    .Miami won that Shaq trade hands down. Lamer Odom had hall of fame potential, but was as enigmatic, frustrating and unpredictable a player as I've ever seen. He was more of a #3 option than a #2 to Kobe. Those Laker teams didn't go to the next level until the Pau Gasol trade.

      Trae Young doesn't have the size to win 1vs9 on the course. And as KG839 already mentioned Dallas have two stars all stars in their team while Young is still more or less alone. Also Young was the ROTM 3 months in a row and came in a close second place. You can't just look at stats or awards for who is better. I mean if that was the case, Bill Rusell is better than MJ, Kobe and Lebron, which I don't think at least.

    I disagree with Luka VS Trae. I think that Luka is doing much more for his team and is developing more then Young. While Trae is still an amazing point guard , I don’t see that much difference in his game this year compared to his All-Star year while Luka has definitely improved.

    How you gonna say the doncic young trade is a win win, sure they got what they wanted but trae young has made like 0% impact on the teams performance and that’s why their still a bottom seed while doncic and christaps are leading the mavs to the playoffs.

    • @kaii231
      @kaii231 4 года назад

      Mavs are only good because they traded 4 years worth of future picks to upgrade the roster. Not because of luka. Had they rebuilt straight up like the hawks they'd be bad too. The Hawks will be the better team in the long haul. Cam Reddish and Trae young are both gonna be studs. Hawks won that trade.

    • @davestevens6283
      @davestevens6283 4 года назад

      It's doubtful if Luka would play for the Hawks to begin with.
      Many talented players have lost their careers or missed their potential due to the situation they were put in with a team that didn't fit them.
      Here, both players have been put in teams that brought out the very best of them, enough to make them second year team leaders and all stars - and had the trade not happen, you can't be sure both would be in that position.

    I mean I don't really know if the Luka and Trae trade is a win-win because Luka carried with a little help of kirstaps but lost in first round and the hawks did not even make it inside the bubble but we will never know what could happen. And Luka won rookie of the year over Trae but they both made the all star team at the same year its hard to compare them but if you ask me I think Luka is slightly better. The hawks could have made the playoffs if the trade never happened.

    Y'all delusional if you don't think the Spurs-Bulls trade wasn't a win-win. When a player demands a trade or is defunct in a team despite his upsides in the game, you're already in a losing situation. The fact that the Spurs even got something out of Rodman's toxicity was a win considering he might've caused a team implosion or would've been out without the Spurs getting anything in return, and whether it was a huge win or not doesn't matter. They got rid of Rodman which was their priority and got another player as consolation--end of story.
