    I wish you the best with this channel, I’ve bowled over a half century and you information is needed and critical for soooooo many individuals I’ve bowled with, coached or encountered in my pro shop, I hope the channel grows and is discovered. Cheers.

    Great video Sandro. My power phrase is “I know the feel.” Meaning I know how a great shot feels for me. If I catch myself throwing an errant shot, I regroup and tell myself I know the feel of a good shot.

    Excellent advice. Wish everyone had lane manners. And don't make bad moves off bad shots.

      The manners I agree with. But making moves off bad shots? That is crucial to anyone who wants to bowl competitively. If your shot is wide and takes three of the right or washes out, best believe I'm moving my feet and eyes 5 to the right off of it.

      Very possible. I'll make a note on that and make videos on it. Thanks

    Cuales son las rutinas de calentamiento que usas? Yo hago un poco de flexiones y torsiones del torso, un poco de estiramiento de los músculos de las piernas, y movimientos del cuello hacia ambos lados y en círculo

    When targeting, do you aim at arrows area or breakpoint area ? or both?

    • @AthleticBowling
      @AthleticBowling  2 года назад +2

      at the arrows, the "break point" doesn't really exist since it's impossible to look at or predict, HOWEVER, I look at the exit point off the oil for projection and distance of the shot.

    i have a question , can you throw the bowling ball further in air so it lands few feet ahead in the bowling alley? A friend of mine has been doing this and I don't know if its legal.
