The way some of these doctors write their prescriptions all messy I don’t even what they hell they wrote down most of the time when taking in a prescription. That’s why I always tell them to send it over electronically straight to the pharmacy.
The idea that this kills 100,000 Americans a year and almost no one knows about it seems unfathomable to me, I really hope this report is wrong and that the number is greatly exaggerated. I guess if this is true the pharmaceutical industry really does control the media, this should be a serious talking point and yet nobody knows or cares
doctor prescribed me the wrong antibiotics, i needed them to treat my infected fingers (due to anxiety) but he prescribed me one for blatter infections or something, and now i have been in very bad pain and rarely use the washroom
@@razzaa01 There's actually one I can think of and I honestly don't know how the FDA allowed it to slip though. The generics for Procardia XL and Adalat CC are both labeled as "Nifedipine extended-release tablet." Legally they are not interchangeable so mixing them up counts as a medication error.
adverse reactions are not advisable to patients who happen to ingest prescriptions that are not according to the formulary per dispensing instructions, and so as expired prescriptions that are unsafe. Criminal prosecution is implemented to drug companies that are not fully compliant per consumer protection policies as implemented worldwide. Erroneous prescriptions, strength, and all of the excessive ones are not advisable, SMEGPS General Practice, fields and studies are always quality, quantity driven, since it is for safety of patients, consumers.
I alerted both my doctor and the pharmacy and also the FDA. Guess what? They deny my medicine is different. Gas lighting at its best.

First sign of reaction stop/discontinue taking the pill and call the pharmacist or health professionals.
How does one check their insulin?
Oh. Because pharmacists ......
This reporter seems nice, but she’ll report anything that gets attention. It’s in her contract.
Many medicines have similar names
Medications do not have similar names, they may have some words in common but not the whole name

Well if it wasn't involving medicine I'd just say mistakes happen and nobodies perfect. Really do have people's lives in their hands.
This is so scary!

You're not getting the point, corrupt pharmacists, BUNK or altered medications are the problem here.
If you don’t have a job, call the news and tell them too. You have the time.
What about "BUNK" pills.
meanwhile ,we are still in PAIN!
I discuss ways to prevent these kinds of mistakes from happening in one of my vids!
Waaaaaaa. Go to medical school if you want to know.
Gemfibrozil and Gabapentin???? Yeah. Did she go to college?
Ban medication.
