This is an incredibly useful video. I caught my mirror reversing out of the garage and it ended in a shower of plastic shards. I was able to repair the mirror with a new indicator module from Poland and a few pence of hot melt adhesive. Comments I would make on the video: getting the mirror off requires a lot of force; prize with fingers under outside edge of the mirror and pull the sucker pad out but towards the car i.e. at an angle to the mirror. To get the top cover to the mirror off requires careful lifting of two pieces of plastic inside the mirror as shown in the video, before you pull it off. If you don't do this, the ends of the two u-shaped plastic brackets inside the cover will snap off. This makes it very difficult to get a firm fix when re-fitting the cover.
