Any advice for kayak fishing the south east portion of the lake?

Welcome to my backyard. Norman is a good lake.
Fishing a kayak tournament there in a week! Did enjoy my one other time there last year. Too bad it’s a three hour drive away.
how was it?

Why is that.. I fish there often with no issues. It’s not as bad as Wylie
Hope you can do one for smith mtn for May.
I’m with you. I live on Wylie and go to Norman to fish. lol
It's the people imo. The lake itself is amazing, the people make it unfishable.
All you need is a spoon 🥄 and chase spots
We dont use that suff around here FFS!
You shouldn't have Fished if you were Running The Tournament, SMH
Norman sucks. A lot of yuppies, a lot of Jetskis and wakeboats, and tons of spots. I'd rather fish the Yadkin chain. Average large mouth is 2 pounds. Spot fishers on Norman catch a 2 pound largemouth thinking it's a plus five
