I suggest starting a fitness channel. Maybe call it Frank Castle Fitness (or FCF). Haven't watch the podcasts in a while (too much red pill is bad for me, got all the pills I need for now) but I'd watch this. Very helpful info.

When I get those tongs, how do I know wether its fat or mostly skin I am messuring? I have genetically very flexible skin and its very stretchy
Search more videos about fat-measuring with calipers. Watching multiple videos will give you more knowledge and information.

You have to really force yourself to eat man. One of my boys also has a fast metabolism. It’s rough to eat for you guys but you have to force yourself. He eats 2 peanut butter and almond sandwiches every morn. That’s already almost 800 calories right there

You should be weighing more frequently than that. You should weigh yourself daily, first thing in the morning, right after using the bathroom. You take the average of the week and compare to the other weekly averages. From there, you'll see if you're losing or gaining weight within a 0.5%-1.0% range.

Unless you are competing in a competition, there's no need to weigh in daily. Weight fluctuates normally. I lose 3.5lbs in my sleep each night. If I weigh in at 10am instead of 8 I'll be a pound or 2 heavier... It's a marathon not a sprint! Weekly weigh in's are all that's needed for normal people.
@@Master._._.Blaster It's for people who aren't in competition, actually. Those people go on deeper cuts to meet weight.
Your weight does fluctuate daily, and even during the day like that. You can be 5+ pounds lighter/heavier the next day due to multiple reasons. This is why you need to weigh yourself daily and compare your weekly averages. If you do it once a week, you may be only seeing the extreme fluctuations of the week.
@@Keyurong I mean heck you can weigh yourself twice a day and get BETTER averages even. I just believe it’s too much work and it’s not how I train my clients. If you aren’t seeing the scale down after two weeks you are doing something wrong. No need to obsess about it daily and get calculators involved lol. If someone is really losing weight it will be a lifestyle change and not some “diet” where they need to track themselves daily.
For competitions, yes, daily dehydrated and fasted weigh ins after bathroom at the same time every morning. But even then, that’s like the last 6 weeks.
I mean you aren’t wrong but… I just have a different opinion as an athlete myself.
@@Master._._.Blaster I disagree, and the literature and doctors in the field all agree with what I've said. You minimize the amount of variables and improve reliability & consistency. This is how I train myself, my clients, friends and family.
They don't dehydrate weeks in advance of a show, it's usually a few days before. You'd die from dehydration if you do it that long.
We can agree to disagree, but I tend to follow the literature and the doctors in the field, then adjust from there.
How do you gain weight? I suffer from a rare condition that causes my metabolism to increase with age.

Hey bro, I've been trying to lose the weight since 8 months, I lost 30 pounds (from 278 to 258) but I can't lose more weight, no matter how much I try. I eat 2200 calories a day
Cardio, Cardio, and did I mention cardio? Swimming is good because it's easy on the joints and doesn't lead to inflammation. Try running one day and then hitting the bag the next day so it isn't constant legs; legs one day and shoulders the next. The weight will come off

As a former collegiate wrestler, where any excess weight mattered; Collegiate/Pro athletes are between 6% and 13% body fat (most closer to the 9% range, +/- 1%). The only way to really know is hydrostatic tests which I would never do unless someone else was paying for them. The pinch test is definitely beneficial, but more for tracking progress than being accurate (As Myron stated).
Track your progress and adjust as necessary. Get it!
As a day to day Man, you can get by with ~15% or less and look good for the Ladies. But you won't have those Abs that women want until you get in to the 11% or below, usually...

You're wrong. I measure every 20 minutes just to make sure I don't miss any gains.
JK, I measure every 6/7 weeks at my gym with a body composition measurement. They are probably as accurate as you can get without wasting money, and if there is consistent progress it's a good way to measure with.
