It's amazing to see old sage compared to him now. He's on a separate level now like it's very clear how much better he is now and he was good before. Honestly I'd have a hard time against older sage let alone his current skill level
I have to wonder if Double took less or more work than the other characters, because even if she has a lot of recycled moves the unique ones she has are far more comlicated than the other characters.
got mauled 12-20 against a friend in skullgirls and i cant believe i saw you two drop combos here. a pair of combos like just literally a pair but seeing mixmaster that feels so weird.. maybe my parasoul isn't complete dumpster fire. restand soon... adeveis i'll make you proud 🙏
essentially! its a special move whose main function is that it ends quickly, so when you use something cancellable that would otherwise have a lot of endlag (4HK, throw, etc.), using the egret cancel lets you act faster and then combo afterward
@@darkstar4450 not quite. egret cancel ends all of a move's recovery in place of the (usually) shorter recovery of the move. there arent that many other moves like it, save for activations like sfv's v triggers
I know its never gonna happen because Mike Z hates inconsistencies and exceptions but i really feel like characters should have different healths in this game.
@@bewoke1819 nothing enormous but big band, painwheel, and beowulf all need to expend health to get in. So it just kinda feels like they SHOULD have more. Plus big band takes more damage from alot of supers so to outweigh that he should probably have a bit more HP.
I like sets like these. Because no matter who wins, Big Band wins. And he's my favorite.

egret call is similar to the roman cancel mechanic in guilty gear. it allows you to end a cancellable move early with way less endlag

You can play with pc and console players lol. Not sure about the communities
