Urban Exploration: Abandoned Neighborhood Contaminated by Toxic Waste

Exploring what remains of an upscale neighborhood contaminated by a nearby land fill. Vinyl Chloride leached in to the ground water from the land fill and even though water from Lake Michigan was piped in, the residents did not feel safe and abandoned the area.
