It's neat how that neighborhood goes all out for halloween. Reminded me of the old days when I was a kid when the neighborhood did a lot of things like that.
I wish I had run into you yesterday. I live just down the street. Aside from "Halloween," they use South Pasadena for filming TV series, commercials and movies on a regular basis. It's perfect because it's not far from L.A./Hollywood, and it really looks like Anywhere U.S.A. with a small town feel. Excellent video, Adam.

This was the PERFECT vlog to end the Halloween season!! Gotta have a Laurie with a Michael!! We did our own Halloween tour in Pasadena last year and met the nicest people in the neighborhood 🧡🖤
Obsessed!!!! I’m gonna have to go check this out. I was “Jaws Attack Barbie” this year, an original design by me. It would’ve been amazing to got a picture with Mike in that costume! 😅 I love Pasadena, it’s such a gorgeous city. It is a perfect city to use for a set because it is so pristine, gorgeous architecture, and clean, much of it looks like a movie or TV set. I worked on America’s Got Talent (i’m a costume designer) this Spring and we shot that at the Pasadena Civic Center. I got a chance to explore more of Pasadena I just fell in love with it. Not to mention all the great diverse and historic restaurants and things to do there. Add it to all the reasons why California is the best❤
It's so wonderful how the folks who live in those filming locations celebrate and embrace the legacy of Halloween. Brought a lil tear to my eye. What an amazing homage to the horror genre in general and the actors who made Halloween the success it has been for nearly 44 years. Thanks, Adam, for recording it for "posterity" 🎃
The Halloween franchise-especially Halloween Kills - is a joke. Poor writing that was predictable and lack of imagination killed the franchise, no pun intended. Complete fail.
@@shawnamelva583 Have to disagree with you on the Halloween franchise. The movies have been running non stop for the last week on many channels. The stations know how popular the franchise is. I enjoy watching it year after year and never get tired of watching. 😀
It makes me so happy to see that some places are still properly doing Halloween. We had 4 little groups come by this year. When I was a kid you couldn't drive on our roads because of all the kids out.
I love that coffee shop and the art I had to take a picture of it when I was there ❤️ perfect day to go everyone in Michael Myers costumes very cool you got to go in the house I think I might check it out next year for Halloween
Great video. I Loved the street that was blocked off for trick or treating. That’s fantastic. I wish more neighborhoods would do that. Much safer and more fun for kids.
That lady at the original Laurie Strode house is extremely nice and friendly. We went there about 2 years ago, and she was as friendly as she is in this video.

After watching this, I decided to start bingeing the Halloween movies. Was watching Halloween II on tubi and dozed off. Woke up to a scene on the t.v. and thought, wait, Michael, what happened to your mask, and why do you have a chainsaw?! I paused, only to discover I was halfway through Texas Chainsaw Massacre... As a coworker said to me when I told her this story, 'you must have really needed that nap...'
Now THIS IS HALLOWEEN! This is how I imagine Halloween in my mind walking around a town, alas not so much anymore. Everyone seemed super nice and awesome! Good stuff Adam! 🎃

Nice video! Kind of a nice change and more unique than just a video at an amusement park. That is crazy the owner who allows people to film and take pictures with the pumpkin at the spot of the Halloween movie in front of her house. I would think she would get tired of that all year long but nice to see someone be a good sport and embrace it. Maybe the crowds are scarce once Halloween season ends.
The home of a real urban legend . My wife and a few close friend came to these houses that whole every year is like this but it seemed a lot bigger since Halloween Ends came out last month so it seemed a lot bigger. But yeah that area does Halloween right .
