Internship program for Ukrainian authorities supported by FSM | “Good Governance - 2024 WIN4UA”

On October 22, a 4-week internship for 14 Ukrainian local government representatives in Poland began as part of the Good Governance Internship Program - WIN4UA.
This is the third year in a row that the internship program, implemented by the International Solidarity Fund, has been running. In total, 59 representatives of local governments of Ukraine have already participated in the internship program. The program is designed to inspire Ukrainian local government officials to implement new management and organizational solutions in the communities where they work, as well as to help build relationships between Polish and Ukrainian local governments that can become the basis for further cooperation in the future.
The Good Governance Internship Program is also part of a joint effort to support the professional development of Ukrainian managers, which will contribute to the development of local self-government in the context of Ukraine's integration into the EU.
The Good Governance - WIN4UA project is implemented with the financial support of the Polish Development Cooperation Program of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Poland.
