I think people forget Marty’s jp’s day one tail tagger, he did whatever jp wanted to do. If anything jp trust marty more than anyone, especially in today’s server economy.
I think it's more so Marty will just do whatever X says in the end of it all and dude cannot somehow say no if x will push something thru. So x will use it when it's convinient. That's why you cannot never really work with Marty without thinking that JP doesn't come and go with the package. Omnie haven't really ever been that committed to arcs and more so grinds hard and there in my mind is more so an ooc thing of him just not being able to leave x in rp (because that's a lot of views). If he haven't seen JP in a month and he would come and say that he has a plan to rob Lang quick and swift does people think Marty won't go thru with it, tell's Lang and will completely cut ties to JP? I guess it's plausible, propably will do it but just that it even is in question how it would go down kinda tells a lot. He will always be x's lapdog and just hopes JP won't mess too much of things for him. That's kinda how it goes.
He himself talked already with Lang how nobody can trust JP anymore after the company heist and is still giving him keys knowing how tight ship Lang runs. Playing with that relationship because he cannot say no to x. Propably hopes Lang just won't find out.

I think he was a really establish RPer for the RDR2 servers Buddha meet him when he was playin as Wu in the server last year or so Luciano use to run one of the biggest groups in that server own a lot of businesses etc so Buddha respects his ro knowledge
