I am a longtime viewer of yours, and this video help us decide to move from city to here in TMC.....the rent, food and electricity is much cheaper here, like almost half of what we spend on regular basis in Manila. The people of this town are so welcoming and kind too, cant say anything bad because I fell inlove the moment we live here ! 🙂 Our life became laidback and our 2yr old daughter enjoys the scenery and the weather ! Ohh God, it smells like 'pinipig', means the air is fresh 🙂 THANK YOU 🙂 Best decision everrr ❤️

I enjoyed taking the visual walk with you. I enjoy your narration. I like the town you li ve in. It seems like a good overall place to live. I was nearby for a day or two in Dasmarinas Aug 2019. I could get into doing that exact same walk. You're 20 minute walk from home to a SM Mall.

This might sound trivial, but could you do one on how to get on one of the buses on your street, and then take a trip to... say, the shopping mall? Filipina Pea has one on how to ride a jeepny - home run with that one. I could use another one on jeepny riding, come to think of it - "practice makes perfect". "Little things" like jeepny riding gives you such a leg up when you're "just getting off the plane."
how do you cross the street there? can you take one of those tricycles? l drove in the states for 40 years professional but that place would scare me to death!!! it's sad when dogs disappear. Thanks for the tour. God Bless

Just in case of breaking. It saves on home insurance because you only need theft in most areas because fires are not an issue in cement homes.
