I’m not sure if you have the open love life mod installed but it might be cool to have so she can date around freely without other sims getting jealous until she wants something more serious. I can’t wait for the new pack to come out because I do want to add some more apartment complexes to San Myshuno without limitations. I am seriously hoping with the new feature we are a step closer to being able to create multifunctional lots. A cafe and a library or a restaurant and nightclub on the same lot.
actually now that you say it, idk if i ever put that back in after a game update! i’ll have to check. i LOVE that mod and it would be perfect for her right now so i think i’ll definitely use it for this LP. girl i’m sooo ready for the new pack, i’m gonna be more obsessed with building than i ever have! san myshuno will feel so much better with some new apartments, it would be great if we could bulldoze the old ones but idk about that. multifunctional lots would be so game changing
RPO also has a feature like that, you can make it so sims don't become official until they become bf/gf, you can flirt your little heart away and not have sims get jealous.

There is a regular residential by the water that you can replace with the new lot type
