Koil had enough of the tinkering when he changed things then the day after wiseguy would change them back, also goofy sounds like he not liking the changes especially with wiseguy not being able to change things when HE wants them changing
I mean koil would buff a certain gangs car when they would cry about to the point of it being op and all wiseguy would do is balance it make it a little slower then it was so it wasn't insanely fast compared to other s+ cars it wasn't like he completely changed how the cars drove or handled he simply made the cars slower to balance them with the other s+ cars imo I preferred when wiseguy did the cars because the people who owned the cars he changed would always be happy with it and wouldn't complain where as with how koil does it alot of whole complain

He's 100% right, the amount of time and effort that WG put into the balancing of cars was crazy. All of the main issues (especially nos) only started happening recently and that was due to koil making huge blanket changes without thinking about how it effects all of the vehicles.
