    Just made a blueberry avocado smoothie with coconut oil and almond milk and a sprinkle of beetroot concentrate.
    I can now move objects with my mind

    My new diet will consist of
    -Lentil/quinoa pasta
    -blueberries
    -Ezekiel bread (sprouted grains)
    -hummus
    -protein powder
    -banana
    And that’s it

    I eat a lots of veggies but I don't like nuts avocado is one of my favorite and I take virgin coconut oil because I heard those benefits of it into our body!

    The global love for avocados led to water emergency in certain countries where excessive avocado plantation rip off the local community its natural water supply. Local ecosystem collapses as river water is channeled to growing avocados for export! Not to forget the export of such fruits is causing fossil fuels!

      Yea, but what about cows, pigs, sheeps.Animals which are highly grown in farms consuming tons of water and producing allot of methane which is more harmful for the environment then growing plants. Yes what you wrote is true, but the animal farms are much more harmful and eating them is more harmful for you as well then avocados right ?

      Try out making your own broccoli sprouts, it's so ridiculous cheap and they have the same benefits as normal broccoli 😉

      @@willcook403 you just need to buy broccoli seeds for sprouting and then water like one tsp 1-2 times a day. They'll grow pretty fast, you can eat them after 4-5 days.
