The polo shirts are black with ASDA embroidered in neon green, at least inch high letters, on the right side of the chest. It’s difficult to miss. The woman obviously noticed where OP worked if she managed to find the number to call the pub and was making a scene for goodness knows what reason.

I've worked retail for 30 plus years. I have been assaulted by customers at every place I have worked. I have NEVER had management call police. Nor have any filed an accident report when I have been injured. I usually have bosses apologize to customers for feeling like they needed to get physical with me.
These days, there's some fancy legal phrases for that. Something like "fostering a hostile workplace environment" for the corporate responsibility. It might be "accessory after the fact to common assault" for the individual responsibility.

They would have been immediately restrained, police involved, and charged with assault and battery. The women would have been taken to the local nick (police station) to be charged. This would have taken hours and hours and, depending on behaviour, might even have been put in a cell overnight. Finally, there is no explanation of how the woman suddenly knew where OP worked to call them and make such a complaint, never mind the fact she had been arrested and charged with assault which would have been so easy for the OP to prove. This is a made up story without a doubt.
Not just made up, but probably AI generated. Getting important details wrong, especially legal details, is a common failing of AI generated tales. As soon as the AI doesn't know any details, it just makes stuff up which often does not match with reality.
We have dues because the land is/was owned by a person who set up a system where the residents pay for that property. The land is privately owned by the homeowners and maintained by the association. Police can not enter the property unless they see a situation or are invited. I noticed people coming onto our property to distribute drugs,. They were not associated to any resident. I notified police of this activity therefore they had permission onto the property. I reported this 2 years ago and have not seen any issues until this year. I was impressed that the sheriff was right on it. They were right there that night and pegged them.
Op in the first story handled that perfectly and a jerk got what he deserved. As to the second story that nut needs to be not only charged with assaulting op she needs to be charged with harassment for the call to ops job and should serve time and be sued into poverty. As to the last story trying to push around law enforcement because the nut is the h o a tyrant is not a good idea.
This reminds me of another crazy story where an HoA Karen went around in a golf cart she labelled police handing out fines like it was confetti at new years.

I unsubscribed and was just checking in to see vids that weren't HOA to read. Now I guess this channel isn't for everyone anymore.
