    1 Cup makhana100g
    1cup dry coconut 100g
    1/2cup almond 50 gram
    1/2cup kaju 50 gram
    1/2cup raisin 50g
    1/3 pumpkin seed
    1/3cup ka half muskmelon seed
    5-6 green cardamom
    250g seedless dates
    3 tablespoons desi ghee.
    Is tarah ke se sardiyo mein dry fruits ke laddu banaenge to sehat ke liye bahut hi faydemand hai aur yah hamare dimag ko bhi Tej karta hai aur sharir mein garmahat banakar rakhta hai thandi mein aur thand se bachata hai yah laddu immunity Ko badhata hai
