Some very good asmr parts in between introduction and explanations. I always find it distracting, unrelaxing (annoying) when the asmr angel changes focus and demands my attention with explanations and direct communication. Sometimes she explains short and softly while continuing in the same manner and vibe and not changing focus and not demanding attention and that works superbly
With demand attention I mean intellectual focus. I use for sleep/meditation and don't want intellect called forth. Subjective feedback. You can't please us all. (Honest constr feedback should be normalized imo.)
