- Ford Mustang Shelby GT350 5.2L Voodoo Engine was REMOVED at some point! This was discovered during the Oil Pump Gear and Crank Sprocket Install in preparation for the D1SC Procharger. I believe My Shelby GT350 was Boosted at some point and returned back to stock before I took ownership. Should have the car ready to go some time next week! But anyway. Enjoy the GT350 and hopefully nothing screwy went on with the engine. Sounds pretty sketchy though to be honest. SOMETHING happened to that engine. I'd reconsider boosting it until that is solved.
When I pulled the blower off my buddies 350 i totally left the opg's in. 2 transmissions later and it wasnt on the carfax when he traded it in.

Just a heads up, your channel bio only says 1999 mustang and 2016 gt350, you gotta add that 2024 mustang as well.
Could have been that the 350 had undercarriage damage which needed the engine to be lifted in order to repair or replace a component?! Or the 2016 & 17s are notorious for engine oil consumption which damages the engine and under warranty could have been replaced?! Or maybe it was boosted by previous owners like you said...who knows. But enjoy your ride to the max, can't wait to see the boosted version! Great content 💯 👌🏼
if the engine was rebuilt..you can check under the driver side valve cover for a 'KA'

Bro don’t mind these trolls lol every engine isn’t meant for boost when it was built tight compression N/A engines! So yea while it may be a bomb the engine will last aslong as you do necessary mods to compensate the power adder like AARP head bolt studs and what not and great thing about centrifugal superchargers is unlike whippled superchargers these centrifugal ones stay out of boost until solid 60+% throttle past 4K rpm so aslong as your tune is spot on air fuel ratio and the whole 9 you should be good if you don’t beat it daily from the moment it leave the crib to park at the crib then any engine should be fine a few pulls every other day you know and WHY YOU SAY I AM YAPPING BOUGHT THE 5.2voodoo is because I have a hellcat and I might be able to do a straight trade for a same year 2016 as me but a ford mustang gt350 with ess supercharger claiming 700hp so I’m just doing my due diligence before trying to trade my 2016 hellcat challenger with only 28,500km on it whilst the gt350’s got nearly 50,000km oof
