If it says use Jaggery... Use fking Jaggery.... Jaggery help in binding unlike sugar.... This is fking common sense... Have you never felt the texture of Jaggery before?
Green mong Dal is more healthy as it has its skin which had fiber content instead of yellow one which washed off just like brown rice r more healthy than more refined white rice

Why not have your own identity with the wording and presentation? Identity that is different than your husband instead of blindly aping VahChef. I think that is where people are annoyed - continuously hearing ‘dear friends’ just like Vahchef does. And it should be Mrs.’whatever the initial or last name is’ not ‘Mrs. Ragini’ lol. And 100s of dear friends is not needed. Have your own identity.
