Help please! The netsh winsock reset catalog - netsh int ipv4 reset reset.log option worked momentarily for me. Meaning right after the 2 restart I tested the websites and they were all working normally. I kept doing my thing, now I'm back to the laptop and those sites can't be accessed anymore, it says the same thing! This site can't be reached. What could it mean? Please help, is there a way to make it permanent, why would that fix work so well and after some hrs it's broken again?

Hi. All was good after typing the first command (netsh winsock reset catalog). But after typing the second command (netsh int ipv4 reset reset.log) , it says Reseting Interface, OK! Restart the computer to complete this action. C:\Windows\system32>......... When I restart the PC it's the same scenario again. I follow and enter the command and I'm stuck after entering the second command. What seems to be the mistake that I made ? When do I need to restart the PC ? Can someone please help me ? It will be highly appreciated. Thanks !

Changing the ipv4 worked for me. I think it was his third step. I had to restart the computer afterwards for you to actually work.
