Teen titans was a pretty good representation of Robin not perfect but pretty good. Jason was a goody two shoes. But for the most part he was a pretty cheery kid who listened to Bruce and Alfred and someone who looked up to dick. Jason then ignored Bruce’s actions and ended up well you know. Dick was the one who left Bruce because he didn’t agree with his actions and his way of crime fighting. When dick got older his and Bruce’s relationship got really rough. So people really confuse Dick and Jason’s personality’s as robins because of their behavior nowadays as Red Hood and Nightwing.
I'm just surprised Robin didn't roast Slade for having a dysfunctional family when most supervillains would probably save themselves the trouble and kill their own family. I mean, his wife basically became an ex-military woman written by Tyler Perry. His living son can't talk using his actual voice because one of his dad's opps gave Jericho a "neck lift" if you catch my drift. His other son got mad at his dad, got experimented on for powers, and his powers accidently gave him Benjamin Button's disease and killed him. His daughter is basically what would happen if you took teenage hormones and emotions, mixed them with a bad chilhood courtesy of a foreign prostitute for a mother, and you decided to let it marinate in a prom night dumpster fire which was provided by her deadbeat dad with superpowers. And don't get me started on Slade's parents and his *clone* son (btw, fuck Talia Al Ghul).😅
