Jimmy went quickly from the savior of the 49ers to the scapegoat of the current misfortune. I really hate my 49ers, they always find ways to disappoint by giving us hope only to take it away from us.

I can only imagine how much better you've gotten in shannahan's system a entire season and extra off-season of film study and walk throughs in extraordinary detail... The addition of Garoppolo allowed everyone to see not just how good he is, but also how talented many of our receivers are, and our best WR (Garcon) was on IR! In my opinion, the throw to Taylor at 10:55 into the video is possibly the best throw all season. The way Jimmy had to sidearm the pass in order to avoid the defender who is pretty much directly in line with Talyor, and get the ball to curve to hit the target was very impressive. Go Niners!

Well, I watched this for the first time, and was struck by the comparison to Joe Montana in several plays. The drop-back. The roll-out. The toss with the both feet in the air. If the jersey had said “16”, I would not have been surprised.
Jimmy G can move the ball. No joke! Some say is deep balls are not accurate. I always say not everyone can be perfect plus deep balls will leave too much time on the clock. Short passes are better then come out with a score and wear down the defense.
the one thing i'd like to see more of is his deep balls and sideline throws. I think what makes a great QB is his ability to throw the ball at a covered WR and put in a spot that only he could catch. It's what makes Rodgers the best QB we've ever seen in terms of throwing. But I think with a whole offseason to work as a full time starter, we are only going to see him get better.
3 downs, check. total accuracy, check. ability in the pocket, check. movement away from pressure to accurately throw on the run, double check. vision downfield, check. ability to learn and operate a complex system, check. and now we've got many new high quality players on the O and the D... for 2018 the sky's the limit. 13-3 with Jimmy G!!

dude is legit, but people need to pump the breaks a little bit with the GOAT shit and all that jazz. The undefeated narrative is overblown, if you actually look at each individual start, it's a matter of incredibly lucky circumstances. All that said he could have lost all of those games and I still think he has shown enough to lead the 9ers. Between him and Beathard the position isn't a liability anymore. As a 9er fan I'm happy he's here.

I’m not saying their not good but all I heard all over the internet is that jags defense is just like any other teams but better players. It’s the execution matters that’s why 49ers won. Damn, Jimmy post ACL tear isn't the same. He doesn't have the same mobility and improvisation. He still throws flat-footed when facing pressure tho.
