u upgrade your artefact slot and it ignores radiation of artefact in it. thats how kompas is used. 2nd way find strange water it blocks all belt artefacts radiation plus 40kg waight limit and when has to apear sighn of waight u just get drunk

Yeah, i had an upgraded armour with lead slots but had to swap it to the one strelok gave me
