Exactly same thing happened. Kushaq Ambition AT. Same spot same result. The reason is I'm definitely sure, wiper Blades. The steel part comes out. Then the cleaning guys keep it up and we down it before moving.. it hits in a force as springs are there. Then the crack expands. More 11K will be the cost from service centre. Better to take insurance.
P.S. I changed the company fitted wiper with Bosch frameless wipers. The size will be 24 and 18 inch. Do not buy aerotwin.. it will not fit. Go for clear advantages. Tested it on long tour. Works super. Also, frameless doesn't have that steel frame issue.

Good one. Do you fill up regular petrol or XP95? Is XP95 and Speed same?
I use XP95 from Indian Oil brother, it is 95 octane petrol recommended for Skoda Kushaq , I think speed is of 90 Octane, I'm not sure I may be wrong about Speed.
91 octane is recommended if you see the fuel filler the higher is better
it hurt"s the most that our new car gets damage without our presence .
