Let me give my advice on this. The fact that you can fully retract your foreskin when penis is soft is a good sign that fixing the problem with erect will be easier. Get yourself some lube, like silicone lube that stays slippery and just play with your penis, sliding the foreskin up and down from soft to erect. The more often you do this, the easier it will be to make it loosen up. Also, doing this in the shower or bathtub is good. When you are masturbating, using lube, be sure to keep sliding the foreskin up and over the head of your penis. It will stretch in time. It worked for me at your age and I'm 10 years older than that now and once resolved, the problem has not come back. Personally, I think circumcision should only be a last resort. There are more nerve endings in the penis than the rest of y our cock. Enjoy playing with it. Dan

@@gokuldharshan472 Are you able to pull back the skin when your penis is soft? If so, you can stretch the skin by putting a couple fingers under the skin and stretching it gently. You have to do it a couple times a day and every day. It would be best to use to lube or do it in the shower or bathtub. Is there pain now when you try to slide it back? Is there pain when you masturbate?. As far as intercourse goes, you could do sex but I don't know if it would hurt. Normally a vagina lubricates and your penis could slide in but if she is tight or a virgin, it might not work so well. For right now, focus on the stretching technique. Also, a doctor can do a a procedure to make a slit or opening in the end of the foreskin to make it more moveable. Circumcision shouldn't be necessary. Have you tried to manually stretch it? Never try it dry, use some kind of lube to make it slippery, especially when you can get it between your foreskin and head of penis. If you want to keep your foreskin, the doctor can give a slit that opens the foreskin and allows it to slide. It's important your foreskin slides for hygiene reasons and pleasure your the skin sliding up and down
