I gotta e39 530i a month ago with 189000 it came dam near in excellent condition no leaks but a bunch of upgrades you got on yours including the suspension with a lotta M sport upgrades, my halos are wonky but the interior is tan and it’s a automatic but fast as hell, I’m gonna do the intake like yours,, great video young man I salute you
@sidbates3423 appreciate it mine is the exact same way! Over 185 thousand miles but the cluster lights are bad like they are on most of these so I don't even know the current mileage but for it's age it was so clean when I got it and still is
@@limestonemax9949 my cluster works they look brand new mine the exact same stereo deck Lol that’s wild, all the interior lights been replaced with LED’s it even has the M5 front bumper I really want to replace the rear bumper with the M5 but that’s on down the line, man I wished I had a manual drivetrain but when I put it in sport mode it’s a whole different beast
My 02 530i msport has over 210k miles, had a bad oil filter housing gasket and suspension was shot when i bought it. Couple little things like sunroof and pass rear window motor. Fixed the gasket myself in my driveway, coilovers are in transit. an ill fix other stuff wen i get around to it. Love the car and its super reliable especially for the high mileage. Plan on building a forged motor with a supercharger to swap in
@HaiderAli-oi5fm you should look into getting one i always wanted one eventually and this fell into my lap and I couldn't pass it up. It's been an amazing first bmw experience and a big change from the nissans I'm used to
i just bought an 02 a week ago and i've done new tires on th e m-pars it came with, new 02 sensors, clutch fan, i have clutch kit that will be installing next week. I really wish mine came with the 42's. still have the full size in the back for spare. I plan on doing 545i shifter install with all new bushings an all., I also wanna do zhp cams and csl intake but thats further down the line. Such a great car i'm loving it so muc. m54b30 FTW!!
Bought the same one except a 2001 model in a very good condition about two months ago myself, titanic grey. Went to Turkey and back (7000+km) with zero issues. Tho mine has 300k+ kilometers, but you wouldn't be able to tell. Wanted to put an M kit on it, but now I decided to keep it stock. It's beautiful as it is in my opinion.
Honestly mate ye that E39 is just wonderful. Does everything you need and looks fucking amazing doing it. I've got an e46 but I have no idea what car i'd even get next if it died. Only other car i'd consider is a x100 Mark II but nothing new seems to interest me so it would probably just be another e46 or a e39.
Nice video and dope ride. Is your 530 solid black? My e46 330i mtech1 is in Black Sapphire Metallic. You're right about how these older BMW's look in black, I *love* it! 😎
@limestonemax9949 it would feel like a factory I6 car, but with about a 1.9hz bounce frequency in front, and 2.1hz in back and less understeer bias due to the decreased front roll couple %, perfect for really aggressive street driving. Factory is about 1.3hz F 1.4hz R. The factory I6 cars use softer front springs to keep the same frequency split as the V8 cars. No one selling off the shelf coilovers is going to tell you any of this.
One of the best dailies on the market imo. Have a 02 530i as well but an automatic but only bought it for the low mileage on the car. I lowered it on extremely low bc racing coils so it sits about the same height as your car and also as it is a base model and not sport I plan to bumper swap to the M5 m tech bumpers so I can add a diffuser and exhaust to the rear. Questions I have is that does that intake pass through smog cause I have to smog mine every 2 years but I really want an intake on the car and do you ever go to the legend of the autobahn show in monterey or car weekend in August?
@connor530i no plans of going to auto shows and also no the intake does not pass smog, I also need to smog every 2 years and will probably just put the stock intake back on for smog.
@@limestonemax9949 okay just wondering cause like I said i want a intake but its annyoing to have to take it off every 2 years to smog it which isnt the worst but I feel it would over time bug me a little also not many people mod these cars so trying to make friends with people who own 530s or 540s who take them to car shows down in Car weekend
@connor530i I think they make legal Intakes and I know dinan has one that does the same thing mine does and I believe that one is carb legal those are just discontinued
@Barringtongordo you can go this low without an issue but to run the spacers and have the tire close to the fender like I do you do need to roll them yeah
Ahh for god's sake my man 2020 model bms have 160k on them already. This machine has so much mileage you can't wrap your brain around it, could be north of 500k miles. I don't know why yanks refuse to acknowledge the fact that nowadays it's a rule for older vehicles' odometers to get rolled back for easy flips. It's widely known and accepted fact in the EU
@user-ki4llalm6kr modern odometers can't be rolled back. I'm basing my mileage guess based off of documentation throughout the cars entire life and the fact it's 2 owner and I can faintly see 190k ish on the cluster. This car is no more then 200k guaranteed with the condition of everything on it

Cool car. The E39 remains one the greatest looking sedans of all time.
clean sick daily 🤌

325lb springs in the front and 500lb in the back is fantastic for the 530i.
