The fact that people actually take the time to type “hateful” comments towards your family just goes to show that they’re unhappy with their lives not yours. That’s a problem within themselves

“Not contributing to society” but I sit here tearing up when Ashley talked about how watching RUclips videos got her through lonely, hard times. You guys helped me through my struggles during postpartum and then again through the hardest times of quarantine….and I’m just one person. You ARE contributing in huge ways and I’m forever thankful.
As a pregnant momma of 3 young kids, seeing your “imperfections” makes me feel like I’m not alone in our imperfect household!
From a person who “works a real job” WE ARE JEALOUS OF YOU. 😂 You found a way to spend time with your family while supporting them, and also positively impacting a community. Ashley was actually my EFY counselor, so I was just friends with her on social media when I saw you guys took your two young kids to Disney World and I thought it was crazy and had to know more. That's when I started watching your videos and have loved them ever since! I had two kids, one between George and James and one just a few weeks older than Violet and watching your videos helps me feel like I can do it because someone is in the same boat as me. As an “older” viewer…ahem cough cough….I enjoy the humor, the reality of your crazy. Makes me feel like I am glad I never have to go back to trying to figure out things. Very well said and I completely agree. I will never understand the mentality of people who think that because someone posts videos about their life that they have the right to judge and criticize everything they say or do because they have the freedom to voice their opinion. Or the ones who constantly tell the creators of a channel what they should do and how they should do it. For example do the various challenges that 90% of RUclips families and individuals were doing last year. It boggles the mind when adults start doing the various things people under the age of 18 tell them to do and then they don’t understand why they are suddenly losing viewers and subscribers.

As a mom of 2 under 2 who are 18 months apart I have always felt like I was going crazy and compared myself to people I see online I love that you guys are so real!

My first video was when Dallin filled the apartment with puppies. Then you picked Dash and I became hooked on those amazing mail haul videos! I would miss you greatly. I stop and watch your videos as soon as I see them!

I love you guys because your content is very transparent- you aren’t pretending to be perfect - you show the messy side of parenthood which makes you so relatable. Also I only have one child (almost 2) and I’m very proud of myself if I brush my hair! Children are precious gifts but also exhausting in every way possible.
The people complaining about you needing to get “a real job” are just jealous because they aren’t creative enough to make it on RUclips.

When my kids were young, I would wake up at a crazy hour so I could shower when they were still sleeping. My house was never perfect but I would try my best to get laundry, cleaning and cooking done. I didn’t nap when they did. I thought that is what I should be doing. Now I regret not spending the extra time with them. I didn’t ignore them, I just didn’t have my priorities in order. I felt I wasn’t a good mom if there were dishes in the sink. So enjoy your kids while you can, you have an opportunity to be home with them, love them and support them at the same time. What more can you ask for? Continue to be the wonderful parents you are!

I think its so cool that you are letting us see into your lives, letting us know we arent alone in our struggles but also I think its really cool and love the idea of looking back on memories and actually being able to see them. This seriously was the best “hate comment video” I have ever watched! Usually it’s just sad but you guys had me laughing at how ridiculous some of those comments were! I love your outlook and your therapist is amazing! 5*!! And for the record I hardly ever wipe my kids faces off. Life is hectic and like you said they hate it lol! Also they could care less and aren’t worried about it.

You can tell people haven’t watched your vlogs from the beginning and if they had they would see that Ashley has a college degree and was a teacher and Dallin is gifted and has had his own business. I really enjoy watching your videos. My husband and I are due with our first baby this fall and it has been helpful seeing a real family show all the ups and downs of life with a newborn.
