My teacher (Japanese) is very kind and nice, and she always says, "Raindrop! Don't try too hard. Relax and breathe." I have a habit of putting pressure on the wrong places, so that's no good 💧 Yoga suits me because I'm stiff in both body and mind 😂😂 Well, I'll come to listen to it in the evening.
