The bit with Peggy talking in Spanish, Context: She was substituting for the Spanish class on their field trip to Mexico, but turns out Peggy's Spanish is HORRIBLE and she's in complete denial about it. Because of a language barrier and miscommunication she accidentally brought back a little girl from Mexico named Lupe. Realizing she messed up, she brought her back only for Lupe to claim kidnapping and Peggy was arrested and faced charges. In court, her lawyer suggested that if he got her to testify on the witness and speak in Spanish it would prove her Spanish was so poor she couldn't even order a cup of coffee. She initially refused thinking it would be the end of her teaching career. So Hank and the lawyer basically "Your Spanish is so good, you NEED to testify to tell your side of the story". The charges were dropped.
2:53 A group of Buddhist monks were in the area and after Bobby inadvertently passed some sort of test. They believed he might be the 2nd coming of Buddha.
8:35 Peggy learned she would teaching sex Ed, she was practicing saying "bodily parts" so she wouldn't be so embarrassed talking about it to the kids.
King of the hill has that one problem in many cases unless you've seen the full episode, the joke doesn't always work without the context.

The part where Boomhauer talks normal is just him retelling what happened through his mind. So in his head he sounds normal but everyone else sounds like gibberish

Yeah in that episode they are being inerviewed about a firehouse being burned down.
Understanding Boomhauer is one of those famously difficult things that isn’t actually that hard if you're paying attention. He speaks at a fast pace, uses a lot of filler ("dang ol" and "man" being the most common) and often avoids speaking directly on-topic, talking about the _experience_ of the thing and sometimes even preferring to use analogies. Also, he uses "yo" as an affirmative instead of saying "yes" or "yeah."
When you actually listen to him talk for a bit, almost everything he says makes sense.
When we lived in Texas, we had a neighbor who talked just like Boomhauer.

I love the story behind Boomhauer's voice. I guess Mike Judge got an angry voice message from a fan of Beavis and Butthead and sounded pretty much exactly like that lol.

If you have the ability to theres one episode especially great S5E13, where Hank inadvertently becomes a pimp and Snoop Dogg voices one of the characters. Try not to laugh at that one lol. I always thought this show was underrated
He gets so much easier to understand the longer you watch it. I understood every word. I did struggle for the first season lol.

Boomhauer's speech is, I think, a real Texas dialect. When we lived in Texas, one of our neighbors actually talked just like him. It was usually a one-sided conversation!

If you do a whole episode, I highly recommend "Bobby Goes Nuts".
BTW, Hank was a spin-off of Beavis and Butthead's neighbor. "It's not what you cut. It's what you don't cut that counts."

Okay some context for a couple of the clips.
Where they are all taking fast and Boomhauer is the guy that normally talks fast is talking normal.
in the episode a firehouse they are volunteering at burns down. In the episdoe each one of them tells what happened into the story in their minds.
So in Boomhauer's mind he is talking normal while everyone else talks like him.
The end clip where Peggy shouts vagina, in that episode she is selected to teach a sex ed class at her son's middle school.
She is uncomfortable saying the medical description of male and female parts. So he is taking happines and saying it tong to hap penis to get make herself comrfortable to say it.
She got comfortable with saying it so she shouts out the female reproductive word.
The one with Peggy saying Bobby was worshipped by millions was when some monks thought he was the reincarnation of Buddha
