Regarding the dysfunctional municipal law as it is written allegedly may be a root cause of the dysfunctionallity at city and municipal level. With no end in sight. Maybe it needs to be binned in its entirety and rewritten based on non politicised functional best practice. The Eighth Schedule of the Income Tax Act was binned in its entirety, unfixable by amendments. This is a precedent to be noted.
It could have been better to have mentioned that although the WC low unemployment figures, it still saw an increase and what those reasons were. Otherwise keep up the great work
