She looked miserable throughout most of it aside from when she was trying to convince Em that she was trying to protect her from the hard decisions. She also seemed quite displeased by Adam's behaviour at the end. I think she's just scared for herself, the Angels and Heaven. She's the high Seraphim which in Hazbin lore may be the highest rank in Heaven (Although the Elders may be something else) and she herself doesn't understand how the Divine Judgement even works. She's clearly so terrified of Hell uprising that she's approved Adam's plan despite probably finding it distasteful herself. She also mentioned Em falling so even questioning Heaven could automatically cause ejection to Hell unless there are a higher rank of Elders who'd step in and take matters into their own hands. On her/the courts judgement - she may technically be correct from Heaven's point of view. Maybe as far as they're concerned if a soul finds redemption then it should automatically arrive in Heaven. I want the extermination to be a real threat needing all the heavy hitters Charlie can organise to defend against (otherwise why has it gone on so long without the Overlords fighting back). As for that statue looking like Stella that may be intentional. In old demonology type works some of the Ars Goetia where actually fallen Angels. Don't know if Hazbin-verse is going with that but maybe that's how the Royal Princes started off in Hell so although now Demons they retain the appearance? Just guesswork though.
yeah but I read that beings like Lucifer and Charlie can't be killed via the same means except "smited" by powerful angels. so even if Adam is more experienced than her in combat or is more powerful, he may not actually have the ability to kill or do any real damage if he's not one of those aforementioned powerful angels. but then again that may be something only very, very few in the Hazbin Hotel universe may be aware of.

I'm actually really worried that Alastor's going to die during the big fight. If Lilith really is the one who has control over him, then she could order him to protect Charlie with his life. I think that Emily might go down to hell. Not exactly fallen persay. After a few more tries of trying to figure something out she'd be given a final warning. So rather then be cast out/down, she'd leave willingly. Seeing that she can't figure something out within heaven she'd then go down to hell to help Charlie and to brainstorm with her to find a solution to get redeemed sinners into heaven. Her absence in heaven would be quickly noticed given what her role is and that she is a very public figure. She'd probably leave a note for Sera. But that could put Emily in great danger. "Protect Heaven from threats" What threats, if Heaven never interferes with Hell, and thus never opens a portal down there, then it's impossible for Heaven to ever appear in hell, right? To be honest, Adam and Alastor both act and said same things. In pilot Alastor said that "sinners gets chanse in life before", so do Adam. They both like fights and cruelty. Reason why people dont likes Adam - because he dont look so "cute" as Alastor. And I see why creators do it to him. If they dont, people dont will see in Adam "evil character".
